Physical Fitness With a Pro

Michael R. Silverstein is not just a trainer. His knowledge of the human body, nutrition, physical education and athletic training culminating in a B.S. from Brooklyn College in 1991, has made him outstanding in the field. He has a successful career as the Assistant Program Director of the Sports Training Institute, the personal training instructor for the World Instruction Training School (2002) and since 1996, is the President of Professional Health and Fitness Management, a Manhattan-based personal training organization. When Silverstein assigns exercises, he always explains what part of the body is being used and why it’s important. Core strengthening exercises as well as specific muscle groups are important for every age, according to Silverstein. Research tells us how effective exercise is for heart health, osteoporosis and longevity. Silverstein, with a great sense of humor, makes you laugh while your muscles are doing what they should.

A trainer brings discipline and exercise into your life. You may break an appointment you’ve made for yourself, but you won’t want to change your schedule with Silverstein.#
