Girl Rising

A special screening of the groundbreaking filmGirl Rising

Don't miss this unique evening celebrating the success and upcoming CNN release of the documentary.

In a groundbreaking new format, Girl Rising celebrates the power of storytelling and pays tribute to the triumphs of 9 brave girls who "rise" to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles to claim their right to an education.

This film is a joint production by CNN Films, Vulcan Productions, and The Documentary Group with the Intel Corporation as a strategic partner. The film features the voices of Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Liam Neeson, Cate Blanchette, Selena Gomez, and other A-list actors.

The museum presents a detailed and comprehensive chronicle of the Holocaust, and utilizes multimedia displays, artifacts, archival footage, testimonies from local Survivors and Liberators, and encompasses a special gallery for changing exhibits.

We offer a contextualized history to explain the 1930s increase of intolerance, the reduction of human rights, and the lack of intervention that enabled the persecution and mass murder of millions of Jews and others, including people with disabilities, Roma and Sinti (Gypsies), Jehovah’s Witnesses, Gays, and Polish intelligentsia.
