WNET Programs for Adult Educators

Learn to Read
Designed to teach basic reading and writing skills to adults learners, this program airs year-round, Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m. with repeats at 12 noon. Workbooks are available through WNET/Thirteen’s Literacy Center. They can be obtained by calling 212-560-2831.

GED on TV
This is a non-sequential program series that airs for 22 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. This program began on March 27, 2001, and will run through August, 2001. The second season begins on September 2001, and will run through January 2002. This program also airs in Spanish on Mondays and Wednesdays.
